"Free Hugs" is a collection of lo-fi beats originally composed in 2020 that I rediscovered, polished and finalized in 2023.

The album was originally supposed to be titled "Bittersweet Beats for Chilling Purposes" which really encapsulates what this album is about: feel-good vibes to relax, study or daydream to, but with a dash of nostalgia and wistfulness to balance out the careless fun. Designed to musically create the effect of a big hug!

The style is very much lo-fi hip-hop at its core, but because it's me, you'll hear some touches of chiptune and synthwave in there <3
